In 1997 Vapir, Inc. was established to create the ultimate portable and digital vaporizer. By December of 2001, Vapir, Inc., became incorporated in California. In March of 2002 the Vapir™ Digital Air™ Vaporizer was introduced to the world.

Vapir, Inc., is the only company in the world to effectively harness the pioneering technology of Digital Air™ Aromatherapy and Vaporization. Vapir, Inc., is committed to the development, production, and perfection of digital aromatherapy devices known as vaporizers

These vaporizers are the very first of their kind in the world. Within the next few years forthcoming, Vapir, Inc. will design, patent, license and market several additional devices in the aromatherapy, smoking cessation, & drug delivery markets.

| Our first product – the Vapir™ Digital Air™ Vaporizer – is a consumer-level model that is intended for use only as an aromatherapy vaporizer. Our medical grade vaporizer will debut in the upcoming months. The consumer level Vapir™ Digital Air™ Vaporizer was released in early 2002. |
