Vapir will accept a return on products purchased directly from Vapir.com within 7 days of the original date of purchase. Vapir will refund the product cost minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Prior to initiating any refund the vaporizer will need to be sent back to and recieved at Vapir's main office. To initiate a refund you will need to contact our office prior to sending the unit back to receive the return authorization number.

If after 7 days you wish to return your Vaporizer, Vapir will accept a return only if the unit is unopened (box is sealed), in original packaging and in re-sellable condition Vapir will accept a return of the product minus a 15% re-stocking fee.  Prior to initiating any refund the vaporizer will need to be sent back to and recieved at Vapir's main office. If a Vaporizer purchased directly from Vapir.com has been used and it is after 7 days from the original date of purchase Vapir adheres to a strict no return policy on any open vaporizer and only will exchange units under warranty.

All products sent back to Vapir without prior approval will be returned to the sender.
