Question: How do I register my unit for warranty?
Answer: If the unit was purchased directly from the Vapir website then your unit is automatically registered. If it was purchased from a third party please make sure to register your unit by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking” Warranty Registration”.
Question: Is there an initial warranty with the unit?
Answer: The unit itself comes with a Two year warranty. If you would like to purchase an extended warranty you may do so directly on www.vapir.com.
Question: Will the accessories be harmed if we soak them in water to clean them?
Answer: In order to clean the accessories we recommend you soak most of the accessories in warm water either with some rubbing alcohol or soap.
Question: Is there a specific order to use the device?
Answer: There is no specific way to use the unit but we do recommend heating the unit first to your desired temperature then placing your herbs in the chamber
Question: What is a recommended temperature?
Answer: We recommend our customers to start with a range anywhere between 365* to 375*. But it does also depend on the specific herb you are using, If you are getting smoke then turn the temperature down
Question: How can we clean the unit?
Answer: Each component of the vaporizer is able to be taken apart and you can either soak them in warm water and some rubbing alcohol or use the tools provided.
